BECOME A SPONSOR
Teens from across the country will gather in Bowling Green, Ohio, to explore together the many messages God delivers. The WELS International Youth Rally exists to provide youth and youth leaders from across the synod large-scale worship, education, and fellowship that deepens their commitment to Christ and his church. The youth rally’s purpose is to further connect them to their Savior as they live lives of faith and serve their God in church and community, with peers today and tomorrow. Designed expressly for teens, workshops hit timely topics.
Join us as we continue to make the youth rally accessible to youth, whether from small or huge churches, all the way from farming communities to big cities. Your sponsorship allows us to enhance the rally experience while keeping it affordable. We’d love to chat with you further about what option best fits your company. To be included in the printed materials you must be a registered sponsor by April 15.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Gold sponsor – $8,000
- Company logo on the slingback backpack and displayed on website
- Company name listed on exhibit page of rally booklet with 300-character description
- Acknowledgement from stage
- Social media shoutouts
- Preferred booth space location, including two tables
- Full-page ad in program booklet
- Opportunity to address the assembly in person, or to send a two-minute video
- Four meal passes, plus option to purchase additional passes, if needed
- Opportunity to host a raffle (minimum of $50 value) from your booth, promoted in rally booklet
Silver Sponsor – $3,000
- Company logo displayed on website and listed on exhibit page of rally booklet with 300-character description
- Acknowledgement on sponsor slide deck
- Half-page ad in program booklet
- Includes two meal passes, plus option to purchase additional passes, if needed
