Arrival and Departure

Plan to arrive between noon-6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25 (supper on your own; rally opening worship begins at 7 p.m.). We will wrap up the rally by 11:30 a.m. on Friday, June 28 (breakfast provided).

Bus Spots

If you have seats on your bus that you would like to fill, please contact us at [email protected]. We can post your contact information and try to connect groups.

Airport Shuttle

If you are flying into Denver International Airport here are some shuttle options:

Group Shuttle Reservations: Private shuttle vans or large buses

→ Ideal for groups traveling together on the same flight, or who have the same flight arrival time.
→Drop-off and pick-up at the CSU Transit Center Shuttle pick-up/drop-off location on June 24 & 25 and June 28 & 29: W Plum St, south of Allison Hall.

Landline Charter Services

Contact Youth Leaders should contact Connor Zink at Landline directly to obtain rates, as rates vary depending on the times of day and group size: call (773) 954-1277 or email [email protected]
This may be a cheaper option than the individual reservation with Landline and the discount code listed below, but you must contact Connor directly at Landline for rates.

Groome Transportation

Contact Youth Leaders should contact Groome Transportation reservation staff at (970) 226-5533 to secure the discounted rate as website reservations will provide the discount per reservation rather than for per passengers.
- WELS rate will reduce group reservations by $5/person. Anticipated rate $35/person after discount. Reference code WELS for this per-person discount.
This is an equivalently priced option to the individual reservation with Groome Transportation using their discount code listed below, but you must reserve via phone to secure negotiated discount.

Individual Shuttle Reservations:

→ Ideal for individuals who prefer to make their own shuttle reservation.
→ Reduced rate available for drop-off and pick-up at the CSU Transit Center Shuttle pick-up/drop-off location on June 24 or 25 and June 28 or 29, 2024: W Plum St, south of Allison Hall.

Landline

Landline is offering an exclusive discounted rate of $24.65/one way to WELS participants.
- Book individually at https://landline.com/fort-collins and enter code WELSFOCO on the payment screen to receive the discounted rate. Or call (888) 428-1149 and provide code WELSFOCO when you make your reservation.
- Select “Old Town Fort Collins/CSU Transit Center, CSU” for Fort Collins drop off and pick up location.

Car Rentals offered at DIA:
